Florin Tataru is a HR Executive with over 18 years of industry experience, more than 13 of which have been in senior management positions.
Formerly, he was responsible for leading multiple transformation projects in complex companies with 3000+ employees, including the largest HR change management project in the Romanian electrical sector; has managed budgets of 100+ mil euros while leading teams of 50+ direct and indirect reports. He was exposed to a full range of HR activities across various industries: energy, FMCG, construction, telecom, during both their high-growth periods and downturns.
