Dentons a anuntat că se numără printre firmele fondatoare care s-au alăturat Law Firm Antiracism Alliance (LFAA), o coaliție formată din peste 125 de firme de avocatură și alte organizații unite pentru a identifica și combate rasismul.
Evenimentele recente au evidențiat necesitatea firmelor de avocatură de a face mai mult pentru a aborda rasismul structural și sistemic din industria juridică și din instituțiile guvernamentale care continuă să afecteze, în mod disproporționat și negativ, oamenii de culoare.
